@Ask_Spectrum Service in Brooklyn has now been out for over 48 hours. What could possibly be responsible for such a catastrophic failure? We’ve had no hurricane.If this persists into Monday I will be unable to complete my work and it will be disastrous.

@GetSpectrum why does a tech need to come over to do an installation If I already did the self installation of the phone and internet modem. Spectrum Customer rep has no idea why Spectrum needs to come to my house so I can have my phone number ported over to Spectrum.

I find it kind ridiculous that @Ask_Spectrum would increase my internet by 20% in the middle of a pandemic, but hey maybe that’s just me. Yes, I tried to negotiate it down, but apparently I am locked in the best plan.

@Ask_Spectrum Service has been out for 2 full days here in Park Slope, Brooklyn (11215). Zero updates. No estimate as to when service will be restored. What ******** is going on?!

Cable companies have a bad rep. But I must say that @GetSpectrum takes things to a new level. The amount of time & money I’ve wasted on these guys during the covid 19 pandemic- is incalculable. The list of issues is astounding in terms of quantity and variety.Consistently awful.

For the third time tonight, the @NHL_On_TNT feed on @Ask_Spectrum has gone black. I've already missed two goals and it's looking like I'm going to miss the third period of the Blues game.Funny, I never seem to have this problem when @BallySportsMW is broadcasting the games.
